How do I receive my Product Key?
You will receive a digital Product Key in your mail. After successful purchase Make sure to check the spam folder in case you do not see the email in your inbox. When you buy the product key from us, we show your product key in text format just on screen after purchase confirmation and also send this to an email which was processed during checkout.
How quickly will I receive my product key?

- Incorrect purchases
If the customer bought a wrong item which is not compatible, we can not reimburse or replace it free of charge and We try to make everything as easily seen but we are not at fault for any wrong purchases.

Example 2: buys a product that is windows 10 only but with the operating system of windows 8.
2. Installation and Activation Issues
Because our support team is available to help you with any problems that might have occurred with the Product Key you purchased, we hope to work together on your issue before issuing a refund.
In the course of this process, we may require photographs in high quality format or images with enough clarity such as a screenshot showing how to introduce the code and one where error can be identified for us to investigate.
However, if it does not we may have to debug and correct your code with remote-based access software (ex: Team Viewer).
We will only provide refunds or offer replacements if we are allowed to inspect and monitor the situation profusely, and figure out our own way it can not be solve.
3. Product Use Issues
If you have any product issues (cannot create a new document to Word or problems with the response of applications), do not be afraid to contact your support and see its online support.
4. Order Cancellation
We retain the right to void any incoming orders that we deem suspicious, such as those involving unauthorized payments or fraud. In cases where similar orders have been paid for, they will be refunded, and the goods will not be dispatched. Once an activation code has been received, we are unable to cancel the order due to security reasons and the inability to resell the item. Refunds cannot be issued simply because a customer does not like or use the product. The activation of a code permanently links it to your account, preventing us from providing a refund. The unique product key is displayed on-screen and emailed directly upon ordering due to the digital delivery process, making it non-refundable once purchased. Orders cannot be canceled once processed, as we are unable to halt this irreversible procedure or reissue product keys.

6. Error Code Issues
Notification of redemption error must be reported within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.
7. Exchanges
If the Software is found to be defective or can not properly being fixed even with our tech support (Via Email). If it's the latter, however (the most common circumstance), then customers will be provided a product key for replacement of only that same purchased-product.
Exchanges via this method are only possible within 7 days of the original purchase date.
